Bellingham City Club has organized a special lunchtime meeting on Wednesday, September 29, to present a forum for Bellingham City Council races. For the At Large position Kristina Michelle Martens will face Russ Whidbee. City Council Ward 6 incumbent Michael Lilliquist will meet Eve Smason-Marcus.
